1. Overview This website is operated by MedAndSpa. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to MedAndSpa. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Professional Products The products sold on this site are professional, medical-grade skincare products. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are aware of the active ingredients and have consulted with a professional if necessary.

3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

4. All Sales Final As stated in our Refund Policy, all sales are final. Due to the medical and hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

5. Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.
