Refund policy

At MedAndSpa, we provide medical-grade and professional skin care products. Due to the nature of these items and to ensure the health and safety of our patients, all sales are final.

  • Returns: we do not accept returns or exchanges for any products once they have left our facility.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 630-635-6661 or info@medandspa.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Do you like any template? Apply its settings to your store — just select the template you like and press the «Apply» button of the desirable one. Templates can be switched at any time.
Applying a new template overrides the settings. Press «Copy» and paste it into any text file to save your current settings.
